          Medikal tedavi perforasyon d\u00fczeltmek yerine semptomlar\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in planlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu ama\u00e7la, burun i\u00e7erisinin tuzlu sularla y\u0131kanmas\u0131 ve mukoza nemlendirici, mukozadan s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131 azaltan vazelin, glizerin t\u00fcrevleri, a vitamini ve e vitamini i\u00e7eren damla, sprey ya da merhemler kullan\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n
